Which payment methods are available?
Payments are processed via DOKU Checkout: QRIS, bank virtual account, or convenience store (Alfamart/Indomaret), in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). QRIS works with any e-wallet or mobile-banking app that supports QRIS. The payment page shows the methods available at that moment.
What happens if my transaction is pending?
Some orders wait for confirmation from the supplier. We re-check the same order until the result is definite and never create a new one while it is unclear. If it definitely fails, the refund is handled as described in the Terms.
Is there a sign-up fee?
No. Creating an account is free. The final price, including any service fee, is shown before you pay.
Is my data safe?
Passwords are stored with argon2id, sensitive data is encrypted, and two-step verification is supported. We do not store your payment card data.
Does DuitGo hold my balance?
No. DuitGo does not hold user balances: you pay per transaction via DOKU Checkout (QRIS, bank virtual account, or convenience store (Alfamart/Indomaret)).
